FABULOUS NEW TRAINING FACILITY

…we will be running an Interval format Kettle Bell/TRX class

at 9am-10am (Monday-Friday) and Saturdays at 8am

at DUER’S ATA (2160 West 11th)

It’s an excellent, challenging, functional fitness workout that’s also a lot of fun! Come join us!
